There is an exploit in the game where 2 people with a battlecruiser each, can attack the same starport from long range distance without getting attacked back. If these players work together they can just keep taking the starport off each other every second with no penalty. You can gain about 20 cards per turn doing this for each pair of battlecruisers.

All I can ask out of curiosity is are you accounting for card cool-down timer?
Russki planned to eliminate card-farming with such a cool-down timer on a barracks that returns no cards.
Would it be necessary to implement the timer to reset every time it's defender dies? This would mean two BC would not be getting cards if they are card-farming..
Personally, I prefer how it is now on land (especially during the early game) a situation that, unless you actually get a card from the barracks you captured, the cool-down timer doesn't active, and screw you when you actually kill the last defender.
Could we perhaps have both ways, but fix how naval units, especially BC, capture ports and barracks.
Tangent: Also Science Vehicle messes hard-core with the defender-of-the-port (including that annoying white color), but it is a gentle bug. It allows people with only transports and Science Vehicles to get a port.
