Two points, like deo and myself mentioned before customize her to make her look less scary, and like Oni said you will be covered in armor eventually.

She does indeed remind of Tia Dalma from Pirates of the Caribbean, I liked her. The male version looks alot creepier that the female because of his twitching and crouching animation that makes him look like an undead, but creepy is good and they should've done this to the female version too. I do prefer sexy female characters and people who would find this character sexy are probably as scarce as people who get turned on by smearing shit on each other, but sexiness would've totally ruined her and I think that they instead should've exaggerated her more. Also, cannibals are cool.
